So obviously, this one is for the girls, but guys... you can try if you want.

For sure, we all want to be as beautiful as possible for our loved one, or just simply for ourself. you don't need to have million of bucks... it just takes time, patience... and the sunshine girl.

1. Clean and Moisturize

Of course, you have to wipe all the dirt away so you will look and feel fresh. But after you have removed all thse dirts, you will lose the natural moist of your face and it will look dry. A good way to restore that moisture is to use mild moisturizers or lotion.

2. Balance Diet

Being beautiful includes balance diet also. A very good explenation would be the fact that natural nutrients from fruits and vegetables will keep your freshness on and those harmful chemicals or toxins from those junk foods will surely destroy your beauty in its own secret ways.

3. Healthy Lifestyle

For sure healthy lifestyle will be considered in this topic. Have enough rest, exercise and avoid drinking liquors or using cigarette. It will really cause catastrophe in your body. A sure example is that cigarette will simply destroy your smile.

4. Make Up Enhancement

Using make up is really made to enhace your assets and conceal your face's waterloo's instead of completely changing your beauty. I believe minimal makeups are better than those who really cover the whole face. Try using concealers, lipbalm, eyeliner and a blush on only.

5. Embrace God's Gift

Love who you really are. This statement are for those who are thinking about plastic surgery. I am not completely against it, but i just don't believe in it. I trust God and his creations. And besides, beauty is not just about pointed nose, pouty lips or a perfect face right?

6. Self-Esteem

If one person is really gifted with a pretty face but she's not so proud about it, those who have greater confidence and faith on themselves will really defeat them. If a girl can go out with just a shirt and a jeans on and still carry it with glamour though she's really not that beautiful enough, she will still stand out.

7. Smile

So this is the most reliable outfit of all time. No need to explain why, but try to look at those people with wide smiles.. they look so enchanting right?

8. Be beautiful inside

A warm and kind heart will really defeat a pretty stunning beauty. Its just that beauty is not completely seen outside but inside.

All of us wants to win at all times. It could be a quiz bee, a writing competition (like me) or just someone's attention. But all of that can really take time and patience. Here are some wink-wink to do it for at leats 5 days :)

1. Practice

Off course, we have to perfect everything to prevail. This could take you one year, one month, one week or even just one determined session.

2. Do It From The Heart

You can never be victorious if you honestly don't like what you're doing. Every action must be placed inside the brain and the heart.

3. Be Determined

You have to bear in mind this four powerful words:

"I HAVE TO WIN!!"

After putting that on your mind, then do something to accomplish it!

4. Set Goals

Goals are needed to have determination and to have the spirit to pursue. This could be just a simple dream, like me, i have to win every contest i join inable to ride an airplane!!

5. Inspiration

Admit it everyone, we can never do something good without any inspiration. It could be your family, friends or the most common... your special someone.

6. Never Quit

A quitter never wins, and a winner never quits. Its proven true, so don't you ever think o quitting jsut because of past failures!! Failure is the mother of success!

7. Pray

Yeah, this word trully never fades. This is the most effective communication on the God Above, and we all know that he can do everything.

How To Identify True Friends

There are many kind of friends: good, close, best, special and the true ones. Yeah they are all close to your hearts but for me, the true friends are those you really have to value. They are the ones who will never ever leave you...

1. Loyal

True friends are those people who will nevery even try to forget you and your friendship. They will never abandn you in exchange of something or someone.

2. A Helping Hand

A true friend is never selfish. He/she will even buy you biscuits with his/her own money if you have no snack. True friends will never let you suffer.

3. Smiles With You

True friends are those people who is happier when you are happy. They never ever envy you.

4. Cries With You

True friends are the people who is with you through your ups and downs. A true friend, for example will not pay you out of prison, he/she will accompany you inside the jail!

5. Not Taking Advantage

A true friend must not take advantage anything about her friend. He/ she must not use his/her friend for her own agendas.

6. Not A Backstabber

He/ she must not envy and backstab you. A true friend will almost find a way to put you on top, not below the ground.

7. Always there

Clean House 101

Well i know that its not interesting for teens but i don't know... it just popped up on my brainbank. Well i cannot say that i am the best cleaner in the block but i know a little bit... and that's what i'm going to share for tonight's lesson.

1. Eat

Cleaning will take a lot of energy. So be sure before you go get your brooms and feather dusters, try eating a full meal first.

2. Cover

Be sure that your nose is covered with a clean cloth for at least lessen your chance of sneezing. Use gloves also for... you know if you accidentaly touched something disgusting :D

3. Good Grooming

Wear comfortable clothes and those that will not cause any disturbance. Try putting on your plain t-shirt and shorts. If you want to wear a gown when you're cleaning... well it's up to you :p

Clip your hair on a ponytail so it won't fall into your face.

4. Prepare Everything

Place all the needed equipments well if not beside, near you. This can save your time and energy. If possible, see to it that you have all the essential cleaning equipments, it will make your work easier and faster.

5. One Time Big Time

For me, it's better to clean everything in one day. This can save your time and energy and you can do anything you want on the day after.

6. Will Power

I don't know why, but for me, every little things we do needs a will power. I really can't explain why i post this but i know i have to.

7. Trash Them Baby

while cleaning, you can get rid of unused things on your house. When in doubt if you really need to throw a certain thing, try asking other persons or if it is unused for at least 2- 3 months, i advice you have to let go these.

8. Rest and Relax

Off course guys! after a hard day's work you have to be pampered! Try going to spa or shopping!

Girls, girls, girls... admit it darlings! It's our past time, hobby or even our addiction!

But ladies, a true shopaholic knows these virtues... and here i am.. teaching you all of it.

1. Know Your Budget

You always have to know your budget.. of course. I really don't recommend credit cards, for it can bring you future troubles. I can say, you have to stick to cash to know your limits.

2. Know What You Want

Don't go to the shopping mall without any idea what you really want to buy, it can lead to wasting of time or confusion. Try surfing the net for immediate fashion trends.

3. Wear Comfy Clothes

Don't go shopping with heels, dresses, skirts or anything that are not comfortable for you. i recommend wearing slippers so you can remove it easily for buying shoes, t-shirts for buyng tops or blouses and shorts.

4. Bring A Friend

If you are a true shopaholic... bring a friend who is budget conscious. In that way she can control you for too much spending money. Your friend can also help you changing clothes or mix and matching them.

5. Dedicate a Day For Shopping

You have to dedicate at least half a day for shopping. Don't shop when in hurry.. it can cause you regrets.

6. Hide and Seek

Not just because you notice that the stuff is good means that there is nothing better. Try looking for more cheaper yet in the same quality.

7. Try Mall Hopping

Don't stick into just one mall. Try going to other department stores.. or even ukay-ukays. They can give you unlimited stuffs to choose from!!

8. Shop MODERATELY

Not just because you have enough cash means your going to spend it all. Try saving money so you can use it for your next shopping.

9. Eat Before Shopping

Duuh??!! Shopping is not just a stationary action. You will need lots and lots of energy. Try bringing water and snacks to eat when shopping.

How To Cope Up From Controversies

It can be anything that had made your reputation down. It an be anything that had really made you cry and put you to the peak of depression. But whatever it is... you can cope up with it. It will be hard and long.. but sure worth it.

1. Cry. Cry. Cry.

Crying can at least lessen the burden. There's nothing wrong about crying, in fact it is better to cry than just pretend your strong... it can lead you to psychological problems if you just hide the problems.. really.

2. Be Optimistic

Bare in mind that after the rain... there will be a rainbow. You'll never know that after the problem a blessing will eventually pop in front of you.

3. Focus On The Positive Side

Don't look on the dim side. How about thinking that because of this struggle... you realize who your true friends are, the problem made you stronger or, it made your connection with your family, friends and God stronger.

4. Talk About It

Nothing will happen if you just hide it. It will just make the problem worse. Try to talk to your best bud... or your parents.

5. Do Anything That will Make You Happy.

It will lessen the burden and will make your spirit up again. Try shopping or bar hopping or just playing at the park with a pet or your friends.

6. God

Again, nothing is impossible with him. Having a strong faith for him will really help. He will always carry you through your ups and downs and will never turn his back on you.

How To Be A Good Feature Writer

So i just post it here cause when i have searched the web.. it doesn't display what i really need. So i come up with this, i myself is a problematic feature writer. Some of the advices are from my trainors, and of course, some of it are originally made by me.

1. Write From The Heart

Feature writing reveals what you're really are and what you're experiencing. If your happy, you have to write a happy side of the story, so you can apply your emotions. don't even try writing happy features if your down.. it will really cause you no good.

2. Vocabulary

You should know lots.. and lots of words. You can focus on nouns or adjectives, because verbs are more important on sports writing. You can increase the level of your vocabulary by surfing books with unique words ang take down its meaning or just by simply reading books.

3. Grammar

It will really make you win. Cause a lot of people have difficulties in grammar, and you really have an edge if you do it good.

4. Open Your Mind For Learning

Not just because you already won on the competion, it means that you're always the best.Don't be stubborn baby... it will just put you down.

5. Set Your Goals

This is nt just for Feature Writers but also for everyone. Set your goals and pursue to reach it!!

6. Train. Train. Train.

Cause nobody's perfect, but practice makes perfect.. so we have to practice!

7. Pray. Pray.

It is no doubt, the most effective advice.

Maybe the most sticky topic of all time. How to get the one you like. It's not simple as it sounds.. you need patience.. the guts.. and me.

1. Introduce Yourself Properly

Don't make any move first, it will scare him/ her away. And in that way, he/she might be attracted to you, because you're composed. Simple Hello, and a cute smile will do the trick.

2. Don't get his/ her number directly from them

This is the hint: he/ she will never know you're in to something. In that way he/ she will have no reason to be scared and will be willing to let you know him/ her with no hesitation.

3. Befriend him/her but not too close

Befriend them just to know them better. But not too close, they might be too comfortable on just being a friend.

4. Know everything about them SECRETLY..

In that way, they won't see you as a stalker. You can use their close friend or, their friendster, facebook or blog. And if you already know everything.. show them that you got it!!

5. Flirt

Today, flirting is not about showing too much skin, it's now playing the shy type for the girls and the hesitant for the boys. In that way, they might be interested to you. But again, do not ever play it too much.. it will result to nothing.

6. Don't be too pushy

I know that evevn once in your life you have dreamed of being famous. Whether the hottest girl, the nicest one, the school hertthrob or the boy next door. You don't need to be the most beautiful or handsome. You just need me!!

1. Befriend those on top

Befriend the people who is already famous. You will know what's their secrets on staying on the top and off course, you will eventually share their popularity.

2. Bad Publicity

Don't yo ever think that having bad publicity is still good.The kind of popularity can cause you troubles. And that kind of publicity won't put you on the top, it will put you down.

3. Do not Self- Pity

Pitying yourself will really lessen your confidence, and it will make you a loner, and after that, you will be hopeless on being famous.

4. Join extra-curricular Activities

In that way, people will notice your talents, they will idolize you, and you will never notice, that they are now imitating you.

5. Be friendly

Be friend everyone!! in that way they will know you better. But don't let those bad once influence you.

6. Have Self- Esteem

Many people will notice you if you're confident, if you're not afraid to do things with naughtiness or if you're simply not afraid on anything. But control your self confidence, it can cause you troubles!!

Maybe the most challenging quests for a teenage life, surviving heart breaks. But it is really normal, that is essential to life. Maybe you courted someone and failed, loved somene who love your friend, or even love someone who is already comitted. Here i am again.. solving your teeny weeny problems.. wink wink!

1. Give your attention to your Family

They are your family, no matter what you have done, they will be always at your side. Try talking to your mom or even your dad. They had already experienced that, and i assure you that they will give you a crying shoulder or a very effective advices.

2. Give your attention to your Friends

if you are afraid on approaching your parents, talking to your trusted friends can at least lessen the pain. They will give you well, not so very effective advice, but merely they will help you forget a moment. Study with them, have leisure time with them, or, go boy/girl hunting with them!

3. God

If God had made the entire universe and all the things inside it for only 7 days, how much is your broken heart? He can do everything, just open yourself to him and he will really settle all things straight.

4. Be Optimistic

Always put on your mind that after a rain, a rainbow will suddenly appear. maybe that boy/girl is really not that the right one. "your just too good for him/ her" bare in mind that you're the winner, he/she is the one who lose.

5. Focus To Your Studies

Instead of crying, try reviewing for your exams. It will help you forget, and will really have a good aoutput for you.

6. Focus to the people around you

Many people cares for you, try appreciating all the love and care they're giving to you.

7. Cling to other people

It's really a part of moving on, replacing him/her. Maybe THE ONE is just around you.

8. EAT SWEETS!

Ladies and gentlemen, we all know that we are all not perfect. maybe your the hottest girl on the block, it's kinda useless if you don't have not that much, but at least ENOUGH mental ability. so here i am again, helping you throughout your devastating problem. by either MAKING IT or FAKING IT!

1. Ask. Ask. Ask.

Smart people don't always know the correct answer, but also the correct, well the perfect question. It must appear beyond imaginations, it must sound intruiging and must sound intelligent enough.

2. Stick To the True Brainies

You won't sabotage them, let's just say your finding hints on how they excell in class. And by also sticking to them, you may also be treated like one of them (admit it, some teachers really base on stereotypes.) They can also help you answering your homeworks. But of course, find ways to show your gratitude for them.

3. Know What You Love

Being excellent is not just based on your Mathematics, Science or English grades, find what you really love and put special attention to it. Remember that you can never excell nor learn on the things you really don't like, you know, just like business.

4. Join Different Activities

Don't you ever ignore extra-curricular activities in your school your it really can increase your grades. Like joining the student government (you can be excused on exams if you have meetings :p)

5. Exert Effort

Show your teachers that even though your not gifted with high IQ, you are pursuing to have at least good grades. Believe me, this really works :)

6. Befriend those in the Authorities

Befriend the teachers. (I think you alreday know whiy :p)

Admit it ladies, even once in your life, someone had courted you which you really don't like, maybe he's a geek who enjoy reading encyclopedia the whole day, a gangster who always see to it he have a gun on his pocket, or even a cute boy with body odor. So.. i'm going to help you get rid of that rodent, sit back and relax!

1. BE A MAJOR TURN OFF

You can be the most disgusting girl for her. like you don't have manners in front of the dining table, be untidy on your stuffs, do not comb your hair or even talking too much. but don't you ever try to fail your grades just to turn him off! i will really slap you!!

2. CLING TO ANOTHER GUY

It can be your best guy friend. but be sure that guy you will cling with knows that this is just a plan.. or he might fall to you!! this is one of the most effective, for the guy can lose hope on getting your YES.

3. LET HIM SERENADE YOU FOR A LONG TIME

He can be tired of you, and will eventually give up. he will realize that you really don't him. but if he really stick with you for a long time, like one year, think again girl! he really like you!

4. GIVE HER OTHER GIRL'S CELL NUMBER

He might think that girl is better and will leave you alone. in that case, you don't have to hurt him and at the same time, that can serve as your gift of gratitude. but don't pass him to your friend, you can also pass the curse!!

5. TALK TO HIM

The most effective, fastest but the most delicate of all. this can lead to broken hearts, 1 week of depression or worse, suicide. but at least your honest with him :)
